Most refugees have experienced extreme stress, and their bodies remain in a state of survival mode, constantly on high alert. Yoga, breathing exercises, and meditation help calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and promote emotional stability.


Through our free yoga classes, refugees are learning to reconnect with their bodies, release built-up stress, and find moments of peace despite their challenging circumstances.
